If you need Remote IT Support but do not have a service agreement with us, you can still use our services. Please do the following;-
1) Check our pricing
2) Log a ticket for support - follow the instructions given
3) Leave as much detail as possible - please leave an email address and a telephone contact number.
4) Our Help desk will contact you to arrange a remote session and take a card payment - Please feel free to call us if your problem is Urgent.
